Introducing Clerk Crystal Sconiers

A proud Walton County resident since 1995, Crystal has devoted her career to public service. She was elected Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller after years of dedication and experience, beginning her journey in the Clerk’s Office in August 2002. Over the years, she has gained invaluable knowledge of the office’s operations, preparing her to lead with excellence.

Crystal holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and is a graduate of the Certified Public Manager (CPM) program through Florida State University, equipping her with the leadership skills to manage efficiently while ensuring transparency, integrity, and professionalism in the Clerk’s Office. Her leadership is driven by a commitment to serving the people of Walton County with honesty and dedication.

Beyond her official duties, Crystal is deeply involved in the community. She is a member of Kiwanis of DeFuniak Springs and Freeport/South Walton, mentors students through Take Stock in Children, and actively participates in organizations such as the North Walton Republican Club, Walton Republican Women Federated, and the Society of Human Resource Management. She is also an active member of Destiny Worship Center, where she serves on the Greeting Team.

Crystal’s passion for Walton County goes beyond her role—she is dedicated to making a lasting impact on the lives of those around her. She is honored to serve the community and looks forward to continuing her mission of excellence in public service.
